Full refunds are available when products are lightly used and in somewhat the same condition as when packaged arrived. Shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. Full refunds are only issued if the item is returned no later than 48 hours after package has arrived. Partial refunds are available if items are returned after a 72 hour period of receiving package.
