Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days with the exception of the holiday season which can take up to anywhere from 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience while we process your order.

Shipping Times

We ship from our honeyhouse also known as the Extracting Facility which is located in the United States. We ship domestic and internationally to France, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and India. 

• Domestic shipping may take 3-5 business days during regular season and 5-7 business days during the holiday season.
• Due to covid-19 related shipping delays international shipping can take anywhere from 7-31 business days. 

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs within the United States are free of charge.
• Shipping costs internationally are calculated at checkout and dependent upon which country an item(s) will be shipped.

Returns,exchanges,cancellations

Full refunds are available when products are in an unused and in the same condition as when packaged arrived. Shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. Full refunds are only issued if the item is returned no later than 48 hours after package has arrived. Partial refunds are available if items are returned after 72 hour period of receiving package. Returns must fit the following criteria for full or partial refunds:

• Items must not be dissolved into or with any other ingredients such as water.
• Item must be in original vessel with original label
• A valid receipt must accompany any returned item.
